  • How do I Configure My Mitel Phone?

    Step 1: Learn dynamic IP Address:

    • press menu (blue botton) and select in menu using the right-arrow soft-key
    • select Phone Settings
    • select Network Settings
    • Make Sure DHCP is ON (unless you know what you are doing and set a static IP address) and select Phone-IP-Address
    • Select Review

    Step 2: Configure the phone using Web-interface

    • open Web: http://<ip_address>/, default username is 'admin', password 5055
    • enter 'User config' section:
      put your username in the "UserID" and "authentication User Name" fields
    • enter 'SIP config' section:
      put our server (voip.brujula.net) in fields "Proxy Server" and "Registrar"
      Set all port numbers to 5060
      set Authentication method to digest
      set Registry Duration to 3600
      set Transport Protocol to UDP
