Wireless Issues when making a VoIP call on a Airport Extreme

I'm using an Apple Airport Extreme router and get severe wireless connectivity issues when making a VoIP call using a Linksys PAP2 VoIP device and Vonage. I suspect it's an issue routing the UDP packets when there are wireless clients on the network. This blog is a description of my issue in hopes that someone may have a solution.

Eok is developing VoIP for iPod touch

By using the SvSIP software for the Nintendo DS provided by Samuel Vinson, a developer identified as “Eok” has created a semi-working VoIP client for the iPod touch. Although the touch does not have a built in microphone, a small dock connector mic was developed by Touchmods’ Marian and has been successfully tested with the SvSIP software.
